I’m a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. Right now, I’m not selling any digital products or services. Rather, my focus is on educating and empowering you with science-backed information, which I will share weekly on my blog. As I gain more experience and grow in my career, I look forward to offering personalized services down the road, but for now, I want to share what I’m learning with you.
I began this journey in early 2024 while transitioning from my corporate career, dedicating time to learn and grow through courses, shadowing a local trainer, and working with family and friends online and in person as I pursue my passion for becoming a nutrition coach and personal trainer. My next step is to start working at a local gym.
I recently created this website as a place to share valuable, long-form content. While social media is great for quick updates, I believe there’s something special about having a platform where I can dive deeper into important topics.
